Pricing FAQ
- Is there a free tier?
- No. LicensedTrades.com is a professional compliance tool — all functionality requires a paid subscription. A 14-day free trial is available for all tiers, no credit card required.
- What happens when I exceed my licensed employee limit?
- The system displays a warning at 80% of your tier limit. When you reach the hard limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade before adding additional employees. Your existing data is never affected.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation — fully exportable as CSV or PDF throughout that window. After 90 days, data is eligible for deletion.
- Are there extra charges for additional user seats?
- Additional seats beyond your tier's included count are $15/month each at Essentials, Professional, and Business tiers. Enterprise includes unlimited seats.
- Do you offer annual pricing?
- Yes — annual billing is equivalent to 10 months for the price of 12 (approximately 17% discount).
