1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of licensedtrades.com and app.licensedtrades.com constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Service Description

Three services are offered:

  • Marketing website and content hub at licensedtrades.com (free, public)
  • Digital template products sold at licensedtrades.com/store (one-time purchase)
  • Trade License Compliance Manager SaaS application at app.licensedtrades.com (subscription)

3. Digital Product Purchase Terms

  • One-time purchase; no refunds on digital downloads unless the file is defective or corrupted.
  • Defective file: contact eddy@licensedtrades.com within 7 days of purchase for replacement or full refund.
  • Templates are for single-organization use; resale prohibited.
  • Purchase mechanics governed by Stripe's payment processing terms.

4. SaaS Subscription Terms

  • 14-day free trial; no credit card required to start.
  • Subscription auto-renews monthly or annually.
  • Cancel any time; data retained 90 days post-cancellation.
  • Plan upgrades immediate; downgrades at next billing cycle.
  • Past-due accounts lose access after 7 days grace period.
  • No refunds on partial subscription periods; prorated credits applied on upgrade.

5. Acceptable Use

  • The platform is for managing your own organization's compliance records.
  • No automated scraping, bulk data ingestion from unauthorized sources, or reverse engineering.
  • No use for compliance purposes requiring licensed legal advice — the platform tracks records you enter; it does not provide regulatory guidance or legal interpretation.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Platform software, design, and content owned by Rovaryn Digital Inc.
  • Customer data remains the customer's property; Rovaryn has no license to use it beyond operating the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform assists with record-keeping and alerting — it does not guarantee that your licenses will not lapse or that your records are accurate. Accuracy of compliance records depends entirely on the data you enter.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rovaryn's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Governing Law

Ontario, Canada; courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to Terms

30 days notice via email for material changes.
