Crew Composition & Supervision-Ratio Planner (Framework, Buyer-Verified)

A per-job crew planner for multi-trade contractors: build your crew roster, assign members to jobs by trade and role, and enter the apprentice-to-journeyman ratio you verified for each trade and jurisdiction into a blank cell. Each assignment is then flagged in-ratio, out-of-ratio, or Not set — checked per trade, against a buyer-set As-of date, so a mid-day crew change can be re-checked. The workbook never states a ratio, supervision rule, or OJT figure for you; ratios vary by state, program, and trade, so every number here is your own, entered after you verify it with the authority having jurisdiction.
