Inbound Subcontractor Evidence Collection Register (License + COI + W-9)

The Inbound Subcontractor Evidence Collection Register tracks the compliance evidence you gather IN from each subcontractor — a copy of their license, their certificate of insurance, and their W-9 — one row per sub per job, with received flags and received dates measured against a date you set. A completeness engine reads each sub's row and returns complete, incomplete, or Not set, and an outstanding-items view lists exactly what is still missing from whom. It is strictly inbound: it organises the evidence you collect, and it never builds an outbound packet to send to a general contractor. Every entry, including the required-evidence list and every received date, is yours — the workbook holds no coverage minimum, no licensing rule, and no assumed compliant set.
