Multi-Job / Multi-State Jobsite Compliance Roll-Up Dashboard

Every active job in one register, rolled up into a single As-of-dated dashboard: permit status, inspection state, crew-ratio verdict and subcontractor-evidence completeness, summarized by state and trade. You enter one row per job on the Consolidated Job Feed; COUNTIFS and INDEX+MATCH views surface which jobs are at risk and why against the date you set. It reads the same field-record structure the per-job tools use, so a portfolio of ten or fifty jobs across several states resolves to one Portfolio Dashboard and one At-Risk Register. Every status, band and verdict is computed only from what you enter — the workbook asserts no permit rule, inspection sequence or crew ratio, and includes no benchmark of its own.
