The Per-Job Compliance Register Workbook makes every job a single row — location, authority having jurisdiction, trade, contract value, permit status, crew lead, and closeout state — and computes each job's RAG status against a date you set, never against your computer's clock. A portfolio dashboard rolls the jobs up by state, trade, and status so a coordinator running work across multiple jurisdictions can see what is open, at risk, and closed in one view. The AHJ and verification-link columns ship blank for you to fill after checking the building department yourself. Every figure in the file is one you entered or one computed from what you entered; the workbook asserts no permit fee, validity period, inspection rule, or industry figure of any kind.
