Permit Application & Pull-Authorization Workflow Tracker (Per Job)

A per-job permit workbook where the permit itself is the record. Enter one row per permit — permit number, issuing office, scope and address, submitted/issued/expiry dates, fee, and status — then build the required-documents assembly checklist for each permit type and track it from application through plan review to issuance. Expiry is scored RAG against a date you set on Settings, never against today's clock. It states no fee, no validity period, and no rule about who may pull a permit; the issuing office and its verification link are blank cells you fill after you confirm them, and every figure is the one you entered.
