A 90/60/30-day expiring-soon view surfaces every policy approaching lapse across a job's duration, and a per-sub roll-up catches a coverage gap before an inspector or your GC asks for it. It tracks your subcontractors' certificates of insurance, not your own licence-linked bond or insurance. Every figure is yours: you enter each policy and its expiry, you set the As-of date, and the workbook computes only from what you type — it asserts no coverage minimum, benchmark, or industry figure.
